At his core, Jaxson is a people person. This was only reinforced over his 13 years in the hospitality industry, six of which were spent as an award-winning Expedia travel agency owner and an active member of the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce. Having kept his eye on the real estate market since buying his first home at the age of 24, shifting from travel to real estate was a natural progression. With the evolution of technology and service in these industries, especially within the Seattle market, Jaxson knows his true value lies in his ability to advocate for his clients as they purchase and list their home.

Jaxson's knowledge of nuanced local and regional markets, his ability to negotiate and craft creative terms, and his personal network of brokers, vendors, lenders, and investors ensures the best possible outcome for his clients. Perhaps more importantly, his dedication to truly understanding his clients' needs makes the entire process of purchasing or listing a home enjoyable, and oftentimes leads to lifelong friendships. Jaxson enjoys everything that the beautiful PNW has to offer and when he's not assisting clients, he's out hiking (usually at Saint Edward's State Park) with his wife and young daughter.
